Growth groups are the backbone of our discipleship strategy at Fall Creek, and the primary ministry we emphasize outside weekend worship services. Why? Because growth in Christ takes place in the rub of everyday relationships. We can fake it pretty well on our own, but what a lonely journey that is! In a living-room sized group of friends, there's safety to take off the masks and work on the areas we need to grow up.

We want everyone to find their way into a growth group of 8-12 friends, whether a group meeting in someone's living room, a men's group meeting over breakfast at a local restaurant, or a women's group tailored to their needs. We've recently begun adding sermon-based growth groups. Because everyone has heard the weekend message, the playing field is leveled for going deeper in understanding & applying God's Word. 

From time to time at Fall Creek we also engage in a churchwide season of linking the weekend series with what all of the growth groups are doing. Growth groups are typically listed in the weekend worship folder.
